PROJECT DESCRIPTION

In Kinoo, we constructed a cluster of 84 one- and two-bedroom units using modular construction techniques and locally sourced materials. We handled detailed site surveys, soil stabilization, foundation works, structural framing, and internal and external finishes. Our choice of prefabricated panels and efficient layouts significantly reduced build time and labor costs.
