PROJECT DESCRIPTION
This project involved the transformation of a five-bedroom, two-story villa. We conducted detailed structural inspections, reinforced foundations and load-bearing elements, and reconfigured internal layouts to enhance flow and functionality. Our scope included full interior and exterior refurbishments—installing high-end finishes, bespoke cabinetry, modern electrical and plumbing systems, and state-of-the-art HVAC units.
Landscaping works revitalized the outdoor spaces with custom hardscaping, lighting, and sustainable planting plans. Throughout the renovation, our site supervisors upheld strict safety standards, maintained clear communication with the homeowner, and performed regular quality inspections to ensure the final result exceeded expectations.
