NERA RAPTORS LTD is currently overseeing a nine-unit residential construction in Migaa. From detailed master planning and budget tracking to procurement logistics and on-site coordination, our dedicated project managers ensure consistent progress, strict compliance with safety standards, and transparent client communication.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
This Migaa development comprises nine standalone, three-bedroom units set within a landscaped enclave. Our scope includes detailed site grading and earthworks, reinforced concrete foundations, blockwork walls, structural steel framing for verandas, and full roofing systems. We have mobilized skilled trades for plumbing, electrical, and HVAC installations, and are progressing through exterior cladding, interior partitioning, and finishing works.
In addition to building works, we’re coordinating road access, drainage networks, and utility connections. Our site team conducts daily safety briefings and weekly quality inspections to maintain project momentum and uphold our high construction standards.
